Child Safety Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Huichuang Ltd. (汇创), the safety and well-being of children are of the highest priority. The FocusOnNow Service is designed for time management and personal focus, and it is not intended for children under the age of 13. This Child Safety Policy describes our approach to preventing child exploitation and abuse, protecting minors, and responding to reports. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the law of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn that a user is under the required age, we will take steps to delete their information and close any associated Account.

3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation and any content that sexualizes or exploits minors. We prohibit:

• The creation, upload, sharing, distribution or storage of CSAM;
• Content that sexualizes or exploits a minor, including suggestive or sexualized imagery;
• Any attempt to groom, solicit, or form an inappropriate relationship with a minor.

Any user found to be involved in such conduct will have their Account immediately terminated and, where required by law, the matter will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant local authorities.

4. Protection of Minor Users

Because the Service is primarily a personal productivity tool, it does not offer open social features such as public profiles, direct messaging between strangers, or public content feeds. We design features with minimal data collection in mind, and we do not display advertising targeted to children. Where features involve user-generated notes or media, they are private to the user's own device or account.

5. Information We Collect From Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In the limited case of users between 13 and the age of majority, we collect only the information necessary to provide the Service (such as tasks and note content) and require parental or guardian consent as described in our Terms of Service. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

6. Parental Rights and Controls

Parents and legal guardians may:

• Review the information we hold about their child (where applicable);
• Request deletion of their child's information and Account;
• Restrict or revoke permissions granted to the Service (such as microphone or photo access) through the device settings;
• Contact us to ask questions or raise concerns about their child's use of the Service.

We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children's device and app usage.

7. Reporting and Response

If you become aware of any content or conduct on or related to the Service that involves child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming or any concern about a child's safety, please report it immediately to us at support@huichuangltd.com (or through any in-app reporting mechanism where available). We will review reports promptly, take appropriate action (including content removal and account termination), and report to law enforcement or the appropriate hotline as required.

8. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate with law enforcement authorities and, where applicable, organizations such as NCMEC and comparable bodies in other jurisdictions, in connection with investigations involving child exploitation or abuse. We may preserve and disclose information in response to valid legal process, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
